I received my powder foundation and it was crumbled. I had surgery so was unable to return it. Very disappointed

I ordered a perfum as a birthday gift to someone really special and the order was completed, and the perfume never arrived and they sended me an email saying that my order was cancelled because they didn't have the perfume on stock. So at the end I didn't have any gift.

The customer service women I talked to were very nice. But I tried to order foundation 3 times online and my order kept getting cancelled. In the end, I ordered from Sephora. It was much easier!

The product was very disappointing.it didn't go on smoothly. It left a blotchy appearance in spite of various methods of application. I expected more from a Dior product.

Had a very difficult time placing order online. Called Customer Service Rep and she also had a difficult time. Was told she would give me a call back. And never heard anything from anyone.

This review is for my previous Dior order in which I did not receive a review opportunity, nor did I get anywhere with a call to customer service. I ordered one regular black out and one waterproof. I noticed the consistency and overall product of the waterproof was much different from the rest. I called to inquire to see if it was suppose to be that way, the customer service agent man was rude and made me feel like an idiot by asking. I asked what the difference was and why and he couldn't tell me anything other than "yes, it's different and it's suppose to be that way." I tried calling again to speak to someone else, but he answered again, so I hung up. Disappointing waterproof product and customer service agent.

Cap was not secured, and some of the aftershave leaked out

My order was cancelled yet I received a shipping email.. oh well
