I received a package with 2-3 samples but I never received my fragrance. They told me it was out of stock but I never received an email saying that. I was waiting for this mother's day gift for 7 days. I'm so disappointed.

I placed my order on the 4/30 and the package still has not arrived. The worst part is that this was a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and I still have nothing to show for it. I understand that shipping has gotten slower but I’ve ordered many other items from other places and have received my other items ahead of schedule so this makes no sense at all.

I did not get the package the delivery guy left it and didn’t tell us where. and I’m still trying to figure it out for a few days where is it. So it lost and ups is not taking the responsibility. It’s a birthday gift for my boyfriend, and now I don’t know what to do

Never received my order

Product never arrived for my wife’s Bday and Mother’s Day. Never was notified of any delays or cancellations.

Everything come out from box Was really bad presentation and One things was dirty I was aspecting Better because is Dior not Walmart Store 😡😡

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I place an order on 5/7/20 Thursday morning for next day shipping, which at the end of my purchase indicated the estimated delivery time should be Friday 5/8. I received two emails, one with my invoice number and the next with my confirmation number #1100042361 which also stated that I should receive a third email stating my order has been shipped. When I didn't receive the shipping email I called customer Service to follow up with my order. To my surprise I end up speaking with the rudest customer representative ever name Bernia who by the way stated she was the manager. She informed me that my order was still at the warehouse and there was know way of her communicating with the warehouse to get an ETA. I explained to her that this is a Mother's Day Gift for my mom that I hoped to receive by 5/10, knowing that it is an error on there part I'd hope to speak with someone who would be sympathetic to my situation and try to help me find out why is there a delay. The only thing this woman had to say was should she cancel my order, which I was a little shock by being that I've never had a sales representative voluntarily want to cancel an order, so I explained to her no, I'll just wait and see if the order would be ship the following day. Now today 5/12/20 I received an email from Christian Dior that stated the shoes I wish to acquire is currently unavailable. How unprofessional is this?? So I call to get further information, The woman (who was little more pleasant than the last one) stated they cannot locate the shoes I wish to purchase which would delay my shipping, if I would like I can wait 8 days and see if they are able to locate the shoes or would I like to just cancel the order overall. Umm CANCEL please!! I expected much more professionalisms and organization from such a high end brand like Dior, I ordered from Louis Vuitton few days prior (Ground Shipping) and received my order in two days. Never would I ever order from them again, understandable things happen however a great business would of been able to assess the situation before it got out of control.
