It beats driving to a department store, finding parking, fighting the crowds, and then being upsold at the cosmetics counter. I really appreciated the detailed system for picking the right shade of Forever for my complexion (turned out I'd been using the wrong one all along) and the samples.

there was too much packaging. a lovely white Dior box inside another box, inside a much larger box. there really isn't a need to use so much packaging and paper to deliver one nail polish. that said, the beautifully wrapped white Dior box was lovely. thank you.

I love this palette. I only love 1/2 of it though. The peach and bronzer colors. I’m not a fan of bronzers , I wish you would take it out of palettes altogether. I also wish you’d put the peach color in a single compact. It’s the only true peach color out there and its so beautiful!!

I had purchased and paid for the brush cleaner, but afterwards I was told that the brush cleaner was out of stock. It is frustrating to order something and then find out it is out of stock. I did get a refund/hold on the order, but next time, I would prefer to be unable to order an item if it is out of stock.

Promo was advertised but could not get the promo online; called up a customer service officer to get the promo - was able to get it supposedly but got a call the next day from the same customer service officer to let me know that the promo has ended
