I feel the makeup is drying and doesn’t cover as well as expected. It seems the ingredients could be cheap, not up to par for Dior. I expect better and have always trusted Dior for quality but am not getting it now.

I think I need a little more heads up before my order gets cancelled. If it's out of stock, say it on the website immediately, not throwing your customers under the bus and forcing them to do last-minute shopping elsewhere. And bring back all those gorgeous scents from before that stupid oakmoss regulation made a zombie out of your signature perfumes!

I would like dark colors, not just pastel pallete. I missed some red

The packaging was wonderful and the items arrived quickly and in great condition, but I was hoping that the lip tattoo lipstick would last longer.

One of the lipsticks that came in the makeup bag was broken. I couldn’t twist the lipstick upwards. Then as I continued to twist the bottom not only did the lipstick not come out, the bottom broke off. Disappointing because it was a gift for my mother and the lipstick was broken.

I do not like the lip stain product

Package arrived well wrapped and prettily presented, but the actual product was just average. I purchased two eye shadow palettes. These were nothing special and average pigment. I was left feeling dissapointed and I will not be buying Dior again.

I ordered some foundation but when I took off the cap I noticed it was cracked and there was an inner top that was loose. I called customer service and they made me take a photo of the cracked lid and said they would have to review it. It made me feel like they did not trust me. It then took several days for them to review it and I still do not have my Foundation and its been almost 2 weeks. Most other companies would ship you a replacement immediately
