First off my transaction showed a total of four pending charges even though it was a single charge for over 5 days on my bank account. Yes it was fixed days later but my bank still withheld all that money for a while. Next my package did not confirm shipment till almost a week later. Very unclear to why it would take a week just to confirm it would be shipped. Third all the transactions disappeared from my account even after the shipment arrived. So the actual purchase was not deducted from my bank account till 3 days after shipment. Too many inconveniences for my very first purchase with Dior.

I absolutely loved the sight, the box it was delivered in, and the entire experience. However, Dior has definitely changed the formula of Dolce Vita. I have worn this perfume for years and it smells like straight cheap alcohol now. Not sure if I got an old bottle or the formula is different-but beyond disappointed.

I had ordered this with the 2 day shipping for it to arrive on time for my husbands birthday. This package took 5 days to arrive and I had no gift for my husband which was absolutely horrible.

15 minute wait to get through, Bought a bottle of parfum (90 pounds) to find that 2 weeks later the spay stem has stopped working. called to replace the spray stem which is removable...... told to send in to them 20 - 30 turn around time on the repair. i requested they just send me the simple very very cheep spray stem (the thing that sprays the purfume. No luck , speaking over me and calling me rude for requesting a resolution. Poor customer service if you have a problem, not what i expect from spending thousands with them over the years. POOR SHOW!!!!!!!

Customer service waited for two business days to confirm my billing address (which was correct in the first place) for an online order. By then, the rush shipping I had paid for would still have gotten my item delivered later than I needed it (it had not even been shipped yet). Ended up just cancelling my order and buying the item from Saks.

I didn’t realize this was a striper. Even so, the coverage isn’t great.
