Came in a huge box just thrown in with a piece of paper and the 2 samples. Could not believe my eyes.

Worst customer service ever I lost 135 dollars because I couldn’t change my adress even after I emailed them and told them they said they couldn’t do anything so my ordered went to someone else unbelievable is disgusting I will never be purchasing from Dior again !

So disappointed! Couldn't wait to receive this. When I did - there were gritty/dark foreign particles in primer and the lighter shadows (which did not come from the darker shadows). There was no protective covering over the shadows and the box had fingerprints all over it. My first concern was that it might have been used. I'm in health care and couldn't risk it. All that said - I loved the colors!

When Im checkout order , i see on my order have gift wrap. So when I got my order i dont recieve gift wrap , just the box basic. I’m sad for about that. Because when i buy it i hope can recieve the gift wrap , finally doesn’t have it .

Incompetent! I purchased a Mother Day set and I was offered compliment samples. The Mother's Day eve I received the samples only. I had to call just to be informed about a so called technical issues, I ma sorry there is not cero in the rating.

Product said it was a parfume actually and as a toilette even asked the representative on the phone and she said it was a parfum completely disappointing toilettes don’t last

I ordered a couple of things for my mom for Mother’s Day ! I was excited to ship a pretty boxed fragrance to her as ADVERTISED on the website!! but my package came UNWRAPPED and stuff just THROWN in the box, not even with tissues around it. Nothing LUXE about it!! Again, as ADVERTISED!! I was super disappointed with my purchase ! My Chanel purchases ALWAYS come wrapped nicely every time!!

I did not recieve package.
