When the website is working properly, it’s great. But for the past month I was trying to place an order on-line and ended up having to call in and place it with a representative.

Delivery was pretty quick. This should have been available locally but despite checking everywhere, I was forced to go on line to get it. Now I get to pay almost as much as it cost to mail it to my daughter in Europe. Won’t be doing that again!!

No e-mail sended to me after my order was shipped...

Awesome fragrance and I purchased two day shipping, it was on time and I love the sent. Thank you. The only thing that I didn't like, was when I had to choose two samples, the where only samples for women. Need to have more men's samples, that's all.

Order was smooth and easy and good product. I subtracted a star for the over-the-top packaging. Really a waste of money and resources to package for one little eyebrow pencil. I know that Dior wants to reflect a certain image but with environmental concerns and everything else, I couldn't believe how one little eyebrow pencil was packaged. Came in a thick box that was like trying to pry open something of high value. When opened, it was imprinted with Dior inside which had another thick white fancy box that was imprinted with Dior and wrapped with Dior ribbon. It looked like a gift. I thought, "did I receive free gifts?" I Opened it up to find my one eyebrow pencil wrapped in lots of tissue paper surrounding it with a Dior sticker seal as if I had ordered some expensive gold chain. It was just crazy and a waste.

Ordene un producto y pague por el servicio de envio 2days, pero me llego hasta el 4° dia porque supuestamente estaban retrasados en el proceso de envios, pero ese no es problema del cliente, espero que en mi proxima compra Sean mas puntuales.

The website definitely has glitches.
