I ordered the jdore gift set for my mom’s 60th birthday. I could not be there in person with her so thought this gift of her favorite fragrance would be appreciated. On 5/8, she received the free gift that came free with purchase. She never received the gift set, however. When I followed up about my order, I received a message that I’d be receiving a refund and that the delivery couldn’t be made due to a technical error. I’m still unsure of what happened but it definitely was a bummer that my mom didn’t get her gift. I know COVID-19 has made things difficult but a communication about the error, information about the error, and an attempt to resend the gift set would have been nice.

I must say it was difficult to overcome the seven day shipping experience that should have been UPS 2nd Day Air, but I was happy when the nail polish finally arrived. The happiness disappeared when I saw all four bottles had come out of their boxes and were just laying in the shipping box. Well, the Mirage chipped the first day. I started over with a second application the next day and it chipped again. I believe Dior online is not for me.

The whole Maison collection is NOT what you expect for your money. 😤 I’m so disappointing with the House of Dior. They promote an expensive collection, there’s no way to test’em, so you ended up buying and they smell like a cheap, smokey room perfume. Also, they promised to a “Dior.com Gift Wrap,” it’s even first listed outside the box, and everything comes in regular wrapping plastic. 🙄Don’t waste your money!

Very bad shopping, no gift was given. They are all deceptive and will not be bought again.

I order perfume set and it says in the website it will come with dior gift wrap. But it did not. It was very speacial gift and important occasion and I wanted to give the gift in a special way. It is very disappointed to expect something and not get it. I could get the set from another website if I know it before !! When I talked with customer service they told me that they can’t do anything about it. Very bad service !!!
