UPDATE: Nevermind it came. Packaged nicely. Good samples. But like I said, awful transaction experience. Stole my money, never mailed my item. No confirmation, no shipping, no tracking email.

Great product as expected only complaint is the packaging. It was an exaggerated large box for just a small nail polish and a sample gift. I found it extremely wasteful

I could not get a defective product replaced. Dior products are fantastic. Customer Service is good, unfortunate that I could not get a replacement product however. 4 stars.

This product does smooth out some of the imperfections. However, I was looking for something to replace the now-discontinued tinted moisturizer. This new product I bought doesn’t have enough tint to make a difference on my skin. Please bring back the tinted moisturizer, Dior!

Only issue is I didn’t know when my order shipped and, as result, couldn’t track it. Otherwise, no complaints.

The order arrived on time. However, there was no shipping notification (with tracking number) to let me know the order had shipped. But it was delivered and I am happy with the excellent packaging and the product.

Package came quickly. Beautiful presentation! The only thing I would critique would be the rather finicky and tricky check out on their website.
