Dior USReviews of dior-us.com

Product was delivered in a timely fashion. However I do not feel it is a stay on lipstick as advertised. Shade was nice. Disappointed that I could not exchange in my local department store that carries the product and I would need to pay s/h to return. So decided to just keep & never reorder.

Customer service rep was rude. She called to tell me my order was cancelled due to no postal service to a p.o.box, which I would have made adjustments for had that been mentioned on the website when I placed my order. I have no intentions of ordering from Dior again.

Did not stain lips loved the color.

Thankful to Sephora, I was able to find my perfect foundation the Dior forever skin in shade 14. I purchased one bottle of the foundation, and after it was done I went back to Sephora to purchase another, at which time they told me they did not have any and that I should go to do your counter as they would most likely have it. They didn’t have it either. I then went to the do your website to purchase another bottle of this foundation,At this point on their website, they did have the foundation and I was ecstatic. The day that the website had told me that my foundation would ship or arrive was the day that I got an email from At this point on their website, they did have the foundation and I was ecstatic. The day that the website had told me that my foundation would ship or arrive was the day that I got an email from the Dior website, telling me that I would not be receiving the foundation because my order was canceled. I understand about products go in and out of stock and they go in and out of availability to purchase. But I do believe that if a product is no longer available for purchase you should not have on your website still. I now have to begin the search for another foundation that will work as well as this one, which is very difficult for me as I have blotchy red skin, and also a very weird combination of dry and oily skin.

Website and purchase were difficult. Despite multiple attempts, orders were cancelled (due to error in system not accepting different billing address which was PO Box vs. physical address). Had to have customer service rep attempt (she failed x 2 also). Asked to submit bug reports for chrome. It's odd that a high end retailer like this has so much trouble with chrome.

Not sure if others had the same issues. I use chrome and evidently there are known issues with chrome. On chrome, it nominally allowed me to separate my billing address from my shipping address. But in their back office, it used the billing address (PO box) as the shipping address. This caused my order (which was accepted nominally) to be flagged for cancellation. Without any notice/warning, the order was cancelled. I called a few days ago to see what happened and support was kind/helpful and sympathetic but also unable to complete the transaction. The system re-rejected my purchase placed by the customer service rep after she put it in. We had to go through their development team to place a web based order that had a PO box for billing address. Seems a little 1990's to me ... and it made the whole shopping experience less what I would expect for a high end store/brand. The staff were apologetic and really tried to help (after 10 days of trying, they gave me a free overnight shipping code). But, their e-commerce section could really use some modernization.

Dior is perfect. I love this eau de cologne
