The entire ordering process was unnecessarily complicated! The website would not allow me to complete my order for several hours. Once the order processed it did not have the correct shipping information. I called back to be told it had to be canceled and reordered to get it by the date requested. The supervisor was extremely rude, unprofessional and of no assistance. Ended with having to cancel my order. Dior charged my card even after cancelling. A horrible experience

Your website is NOT USER-FRIENDLY!!! My orders have been canceled SEVERAL TIMES and NO ONE can tell me why!! Your CS representative was rude and unprofessional!!!

For the name of the company, and how expensive their products are I wasn’t really too pleased on how it was packaged and sent. It was unprofessional and had no care to it. It isn't comparable with Chanel.

No gift wrap, So disappointed

My box was messed up really bad i requested to be put in a gift box they didn’t do that all my stuff was all over the box it was just a bad experience with you guys !

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift and my mother never received it. Then someone called saying it would be refunded but that the samples would still be delivered, samples never came and I received no refund. My mother didn’t receive any gift that I had ordered and paid extra for shipping. I was so upset.

Why is there no lipstick in my giveaway

I ordered makeup as a gift and nowhere on the website did it tell me I wouldn’t be receiving gift packaging. Even my order confirmation stated gift packaging. My perfume sample spilled all over my makeup boxes and they were smashed in. When I called customer service they were incredibly rude to me and did not wish to rectify the issue.
