Placing my order was seamless, although I think people should be able to shop online from any part of the world as I had to make mine through a friend. asides that everything was beautiful and the amount of freebies I hot was absolutely lovely

The samples were a bit confusing and navigating the website was hard to go back to the main page when I didn't have the full header menu (aka window maximized). Love the physical products though.

I love everything about both the site and the order experience except the lack of email communication. I don't even receive an email that my order was successfully accepted, much less a shipping notification. It leaves me wondering whether my items were even ordered until they show up at my door in their beautiful packaging. Literally everything else about the experience is 5 stars plus!

Return accepted quickly but cost was $11 to me to send back. I would think Dior could have a return label for their customers.
