I thought the liners would be more opaque. They are more "stain-like".

The product is great but, just should have used a lot less packaging to ship an eyebrow pencil. Seems like a big waste to send it in a big, gift wrapped box is all.

I love how smooth the products goes on. Thought it would be slightly more coverage and last longer.

I love the products but I wish there was an option for free returns. When shopping online it's very likely that you may buy wrong color.

I want to buy uv 50 Dior snow. But I can not buy in America. When I need that, I go to buy Korea or ask to buy my friend. I hope I will buy it us.

I bought the lip liner but had to return it because the color was brighter than I thought. I was looking for a darker color

I talked to a Dior online advisor about the availability of a sweatshirt on Thursday. He told me it was available at the boutique on 57th St, NYC and offered if he can set it aside to me. I said yes and he collected my information (full name, phone number, email,...). On Saturday of the same week, I went to that 57th St boutique and asked for that but the staff there said they had no idea about this. I showed them the sweatshirt on Dior website and the staff said they did not have that item there. Until they double checked by using the product number that they could find that sweatshirt. I don't know what to say. Unprofessional service???
