I love Dior but I really disappointed about their customer service. I wrote the number of my address wrong so I call in to have them fix it. However the lady who I was talking with give me an attitude and she said she can’t do it. And she said if I want it I have to buy it again. My order was returned to Dior and I never get to have what I want, she didn’t even mention about the refund or anything. I really love Dior and I bought a lot of stuff from Dior but this is the first time I have to call in for customer service. After the call I feel like I would never wanna buy anything from Dior anymore.

I really thought it was going to come in nice packaging, a nice Dior box, but they just threw everything in one little brown box. I was very disappointed.

Firstly, item arrived broken. Second, it is not as pigmented as it's being portrayed on the model's skins. Overall, it's just for super fair skin tones. Returning immediately, thanks but no thanks Dior.

Purchased a gift from this company for my wife and the product came in unsatisfactory conditions. This company promised the product would come in Dior gift wrapping in which it did not. The custom note card I requested never arrived and no samples came in the box. When trying to get in contact with customer service department to resolve this issue no one answers nor has gotten back with me. This has been a horrible experience!

Didn’t let me put my right shipping address but I’ve seen other companies care a lot more about there customers and change it and get the package to the ASAP but it seems that customers aren’t there number 1 priority.

Item did not arrive, all I received was the free samples I chose when purchasing this for my sister as a gift.

Sent me the wrong size cologne! And won’t respond to my emails!

Even though covid is going on it took way too long for my product to come in and it wasn't even the right product I ended up spending to much on a product I love
