Not sure why you cancel my order the second time. The first time it was because i typed in the wrong apt # and the second i typed everything the way it should be and just received a cancel noticed. Tuis was supposed to be a b-date present for my mom while im being deployed.

I had ordered the product and the next day tried to cancel it. I’m not against saying this is on me because maybe I did cancel it too late but by the time somebody responded to my cancellation request like 2 days later it was already processing and it couldn’t be canceled. They assured me that I could use the return slip in the package to return my product once it arrived. Then when it arrived I was extremely dissapointed and honestly mad that I had to pay the return shipping. I figured th return shipping would be prepaid for since it’s a nice expensive company who can afford to do that but no I had to pay for it even though I’m the one who tried to cancel it the day after shipping. I just feel like if someone checked their email a little sooner my order could have been canceled and none of this would have happened. Then a few days after shipping it I saw on my counter that I forgot to add in the return form to my package so I immediatly emailed Dior to tell them I forgot the return form but my package was coming and I asked if there was any information I could send them so hey would know it was my package when it arrived. Nobody responded for FOUR DAYS. So now I was concerned that I wouldn’t get my return and my package would be lost. So I decided to send out another email. They didn’t respond to either email until AFTER I got my refund email. So no information was given to me to assure me my package would be processed fine when it got there and it took multiple days to even get a response. I think the response time needs to be quicker because that probably would have canceled my package in the first place and then I wouldn’t have had to pay to ship the product that I didn’t even want back. Or at the very least it would’ve given me piece of mind.

Bought a bottle of Diorissimo perfume at Duty Free in London and the almost full bottle’s spray is shooting out a stream instead of spraying. Sent Dior customer service an email. Dior responded right away to tell me they weren’t the right customer service and routed me to Dior cosmetics. I filled out their form but didn’t get a response. When I followed up I was told that I had to take the bottle back to where I purchased it - which is in London. I live in Boston. So I’m supposed to fly to London to fix this?! No other option per customer service. So I have a $100 bottle of Diorissimo that I can’t spray and a crappy customer service experience. Love Dior products but their customer service is poor and unreasonable.

Dry & not same color as shown

The ordering and delivery of product was fine but the product is not what I expected. Was advertised as long wearing lip product but comes off quickly and is quite dry. Would not recommend and will not use.

Your lipstick is wonderful. But the elaborate, wasteful packaging was disgusting. You could have shipped two tubes of lipstick in a simple envelope. Instead, it came elaborately gift-wrapped in layers of paper and ribbon inside a large, fancy box, inside another box. How wasteful, pretentious and contrived.

I am rating the products, not the ordering or shipping process. The J'Adore creme doesn't really smell like the perfume. The soap smells exactly like the perfume, but after two or three uses, the fragrance has almost totally faded. A disappointment.

I'm not fond of the fact that when calling their customer service number I was sent to vm four times. The email that I sent was replied to ten days later and insisted that I provide pictures of the damage an exploding fountain did to my person and clothing. Well, perhaps if its been able to get in touch with someone when I called immediately after it happened, I would have known to take pictures. I love their products, absolutely hate their customer service, but truth be told, they're a French company and the customer service reflects that.
