I first ordered mono eyeshadow and got confirmation only to have it cancelled several days later “not in stock”. Somehow you should have known that little quicker! Otherwise I finally reordered and received it and love the product

Sale was quick and simple, but the restrictions they placed on the carrier made it a challenge for me to get my package as no one would be home. Luckily i caught up to the UPS guy before he left. I was unable to have the package dropped off at a different location or a UPS access point.

Happy to find item on your site not available in store but shipping took a while.

I love ❤️ the gift 🎁 100 👍 on The packaging amazing I almost want to keep the giftbox as it is , I’m ratting 4 stars due to not getting the men’s sample travel size of the sauvage parfum for men that I had promised my husband to get since he uses this Parfum , but it was not in the amazing package , I got the the gift set I ordered the sample of Jadore , Joy and 2 other samples as well as a Christmas sphere which I like but I would have rather get what I choose in the first place , I think I’ll be less trusting on choosing the complementary gifts if there is a next time . I received no confirmation email that my order went through and had no idea when to expect it or if it was ordered until I reached out to customer service. The customer service representative was friendly and responded quickly but didn't seem surprised that I hadn't received any sort of confirmation. I would expect at least an email next time.

Great service and product but gave it a 4 because shipping took over a week :-(

Ordering the product was confusing. After the order was placed I received an email indicating, "continue shopping" I wasn't sure my order went through until I received my order.

I really love Dior products. To bought them although they site was fine. Just I have to load and reload my addresses information a few times.
