the items I ordered they are great ... the only problem for me was that it took to long to be shipped

Products came intact & beautifully packaged. Love being able to buy Creme Abricot. A classic favorite of mine.

Arrival time for the shipment was great- two days but the oreaparation of the shipment took a bit long.

Whole order was fantastic!! The only I wasn’t too satisfied about was the fact that it took a few days to process whereas It would’ve processed immediately at Macy’s. Other than that, fantastic job!

Everything was great except I did not get a confirmation email after my order. I assumed the order didn’t go through and then went to a store and purchased the items. I was surprised when I got the package in the mail. I didn’t get any emails with tracking numbers etc either. I guess the good thing is that I am fully stocked up on my makeup 😂. Seriously though, confirmation emails and tracking numbers are very important for customer service. The products are great!

Everything was gonna be fine if I received my second gift, unfortunately I only received one of them my allure in one of the perfume box was missing. The presentation of the gifts is very professional.

The ordering was easy. The statement that I received was a little unclear (or I just wasn't use to it). I couldn't tell if it was a confirmation of my order or if the order was incomplete and I had to order the item again. Because of the word order (Highlighted in a black square) next to the itemized line. It was hard to tell. A confirmation Statement showing date ordered and a EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE is better. If you can provide a tracking number even better. I opened the shipping box thinking that I need to gift wrap the order, only to find that Dior had sent it in a beautiful gift wrapped box with a ribbon tied in a bow. Thank you for that!!! it's very pretty!! I just don't know the 3 free items that you had me choose from your site is in the box. I can't tell. Hopefully it's in the wrapped box?
