Dior beauty products are amazing, but in this digital age your eCommerce sucks. 1. No email receipt. 2. On creating account : you don't ask users to enter password twice. 3. Never received email for forgot password 4. Only one time when I was able to access my account, there was no tracking information. 5. No email about shipment/tracking details.

My order was cancelled. I was not notified of the cancellation nor to the cause of the cancellation. It was only after I started to wonder where the order was that I went into my account and saw the cancellation that I figured it out. An email to notify me so I could rectify would have been nice.

Not happy with Dior at all. And was surprised that the customer has to pay for return shipping. Retailers like Walmart and target pay for return shipping.

Your website is so terrible making me lose any desire for purchasing. The responding time is forever and the jump of pages is out of logic.

I never got tracking information and I had to call in to see where it was . Then it said it was delivered but I never got it so I called in and they said they had to do a investigation that would take 8 days . Well after 2 weeks I had to call cause I heard nothing then they tell me that the claim was never filed for it being lost and I would have to wait another 8 days . So I'm still sitting here with no money back and no product and being told I have to wait again . Only gave it 2 stars because the last person I spoke with was very nice and apologized for the trouble I was having .

Terrible purchase experience on dior.com: 1. I cannot track the progress of the order and there's no notification. 2. When I checked the charge of the purchase on my debit card account, it was double charged. 3. The order was cancelled without any notification. So it's not fulfilled.

First off I did not receive an email after I orderd from you guys and I had to call just to make sure shipping was bad because I didn’t know when my pakadge was coming the ups guy just left it on the porch luckily my neighbor saw my packdge and knocked on my door and told me and that’s sad I payed 320 for some parfume I would be so mad if it was stolen soo yeah it was pretty bad
