My order has leakage. I sent an email with pictures of leakage to Dior customer service. My request was transferred and I have not heard back since. I wish this kind of issue can be handled better and quicker next time. At least give me an instruction whether I should return the product or not.

I know from personal experience that Dior products are good. However, this is not enough and I would like more detailed descriptions about the ingredients an specifically the effects of those products. For example, what distinguishes one moisturizer for another and which moisturizer addresses which particular problem?

I purchased the Danseuse Etoile ring and it started tarnishing after a few days of having it.

I purchased the eyelash curler - love the look of it and it worked perfectly for my eyelashes, but sadly it broke after just a few short months (during quarantine when I don't even use it everyday). My previous curler was a cheap drugstore curler that lasted for over 10 years (no exaggeration). I figured maybe it was just a one-off, so I ordered a new one and you can hear it rattle every time you use it. If there was any question about the quality of the first one, the second one confirmed it. I'm disappointed that this product didn't live up to the standards that I normally would associate with Dior. For a $25 eyelash curler, they need to make sure it lasts long enough to at least use the refill pads they send for it.

I ordered makeup I had never tried before and intentionally ordered 2 of the liquid eyeliners because I loved the grey color because black looks far too harsh on my very fair skin. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and found 2 vivid black items and no grey but didn’t realize it until I’d thrown the packaging away. I will not order again after this first experience.
