Your delivery is very very slow.

The site checkout process gets stuck. Two different times I had to call the customer service helpline to resolve it

My items arrived late! I requested 2 day delivery and my items arrived almost 5 days later. I didn't receive an email confirmation with my order and the website was slow and inefficient. Once I figured out how to navigate the dior website i was able to track my odder however UPS would not provide any current delivery info. and Dior was difficult to reach. When my items finally arrived after Mothers Day the box and packaging were spectacular and beautiful.

The scent of the body spray that I purchased doesn't have a long effect, and I didn't receive the samples that chose.

The menu was not easy to navigate at all. There should be a clear link to products and the different categories. Products should be easy to find!

The website did not work. Called the order in and asked for personal message. Spent 15 minutes setting it up. Upon receiving package I find that there is no personal message. A generic one is instead in it.

Very slow order processing. Unnecessary and unexplained long wait time for orders to be processed for shipping. On the makeup site, it should be more choices, including rare to find anywhere else products.

Wonderful customer service! Wonderful packaging! I ordered spray foundation, and for $80.00 it was dead in 2 weeks. Horribly disappointed!
