I have purchased an item and my international visa was charged then couple days ago i was told the order has been cancelled and refund will be available. Till this moment i havent got my money back. Why then u accepted my visa in the first place?

I placed an order for one product. I had a problem online so I had to call and wait on the phone for 10 minutes. In the end, after placing the order, I received an email to say my order had been cancelled without an explanation. Bad service with no product.

Never received my package. Then went to the local Macys to purchase the Dior Joy and they didnt have any od the gift wrapping or sampl options I initially would have received with my Dior online purchase. This was bery saddening and disappointing, I was really looking forward ro the parfume and mascara samples!

Over night shipping is not really overnight shipping. I didn't get product which was a gift to my wife on a special day..very disappointed...

I met some problems when making payments. I tried three times but all failed. This rating is for the payment system. Customer service told me the system is very sensitive to ensure all the payment information match. I changed cards and checked the information right but still failed. Hope get improved

First of all, I will say that I am a real fan of the house of Dior. With that being said, if I wasn’t completely in love with Feve Deliceuese, the horrible customer service I encountered when calling their boutique (employee Chloe) I would never again purchase anything Dior—ever! I was actually shocked at the level of incompetence the representative displayed and her lack of quality service. I’ve been treated better at Target. I called because I had not received any shipping information for the order I placed, and it was over a week without any communication. I contacted the representative two different times and she had no clue about my order and was very close to rude during our exchanges. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the aloof and disinterested employee whom they allow to answer their phone. My husband also encountered the same experience when ordering the perfume for me as he had no idea that I had already purchased the same fragrance he was hoping to surprise me with. Overall a bad and disappointing two experiences with the Dior service. I still love the perfume though.

Shopping with Dior Beaute customer service is awful. They’re unfreindly, unhelpful. Making a return with Maison perfumes is a total nighmare, and diffucult to ship back because of restrictions. The website makes false claims of “free returns” but that isnt the case. I’m never ordering frim Dior beaute online ever again. I repeat: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
