The Colon I ordered from the official website doesn’t smell like anything, I know the Dior sauvage smells really strong and has amazing scent but this one doesn’t smell

Couldn't get any help with my issue

Got the wrong order. Now I need to return it and was looking forward to y women’s fragrance and got men’s!

I paid for the purchase but didn't receive the order!

I ordered cologne and took the time to write out a card - not included! No wrap of any kind - when my husband received it, it was ja plain bottle of cologne. I pay for Dior and expect the amenities that go along with it. Also no additional samples were included! Such a sad representation and presentation!

The fragrance and samples I ordered came in a basic cardboard box. Everything looked like it was thrown in the box without care. My fragrance was dented, the samples were destroyed, and I didn't get my signature Dior cardboard box. It was very disapointing, how Dior sent me my package.

I tried to pay $10 for express shipping, it looks like Dior removed the charge, but without notice and I made my purchase on May 22nd and just got an email yesterday saying that my package had shipped and would be here by June 3rd. I chose to buy from Dior’s actual website instead of going to Nordstrom because of that shipping option. So, I was rather irritated.

I was very sad that my order didn’t come in a gift box was I required It was a huge disappointment
