I didn’t like how my items came in a box like that

First time customer. They did not send promised Dior box nor deluxe sample. I emailed them, and they did nothing about it. Worst of all, I am unhappy with the eyeshadow as it's very powdery with lots of fall-out. I want to return it, but am told I'm to go to the website, but there are no instructions there. It did come with a return label, but I have to pay return shipping and take the item to the post office. Not cool for me right now as I'm under stay-at-home orders from my doctor as I have asthma. I've always been a Chanel customer, but this eyeshadow palette caught my attention. Never again will I order a Dior product.This is not how to gain luxury beauty customers, Dior.
