I made a return the same day I received the item. However, I have yet to see the new shoe with the correct size. I would think after making a large purchase I would have more of a speedy response. When I called the customer representive they said they need to check the item to make sure it can be returned. I literally tried on 1 shoe to realize the fit was wrong on the back strap. I was planning on using the shoes for a vacation but still have yet to receive the new shoes.

I bought the lip tattoo and it came off very easily. Only 2 stars for nice pink color. I only got it for the staying power so very disappointed.

I bought for Valentine’s Day a gift for him (Sauvage). When I ordered the gift wrap was white box with a white bow, I received them pink... a present for a guy in a pink gift wrap. I had to go and buy another gift wrap. I was very disappointed about the experience. The parfume was really good and he loved it.

When I ordered the perfume it stated that it would arrive on Wednesday, February 13th. I was also led to believe it would arrive with a travel size as it had me choose the desired fragrance. On February 13th the tracking of my purchase showed a new delivery day. I had to go and purchase the fragrance at a department store as I was meeting with the recipient on the evening of the thirteenth. When the package did arrive a day later, it did not contain a travel size fragrance. It was beautifully wrapped as promised but I was disappointed by its delay. My expectations for a company as reputable as Dior were certainly not met.

Was very disappointed with my experience ordered several times and my order got Canceled without notifications or explanations on why my orders were cancelled. I had to find out by calling the customer service desk.

I got a small lipstick and it was in outrageous packaging! Huge, styrofoam box, cardboard. Not recyclable! It made me never want to order online again!

I Purchased eyebrow make up.Product did not come with applicator. Now I have to purchase an applicator. I am very dissatisfied with this product. Will not purchase again
