Your online purchase order process was awful. I simply couldn't place my order online because it wont let me. Your customer service is the one of the worst I've had. I called in many times to get my order placed over the phone, and was told only a manager can do that. I waited over 10 hours, and never received a call back.

Awful experience. My order was cancelled and package returned back to your warehouse when it was on a half way to me. I've contacted support and they told that payment is still pending and that's why order was returned. That's totally incorrect, I see money left my bank account and I don't see them coming back. I've contacted the support again and they told to wait for 15-20 days for a refund. I mean whaaaaat? it was your fault and you failed to deliver order to my door and after all acting like it was my fault. Your online shop is total garbage, please hire somebody that can actually fix it. It isn't he first time I experience various technical issues on your website.

Paid for 2 day shipping over a week ago and was promised delivery by a certain date...it's still in transit 5 days late with no help to cancel or return item for said 5 days. Great product but I'll stick to the mall.
