The web site was not user friendly, and quite obsolete and not easy to search at all.. Delivery time takes several days. I am a fan of Dior for decades, but honestly the site should be developed by the people familiar with the America market.

Didn't receive confirmation email. Took a very long time to solve issue with customer service however service operator was very courteous. Package also took longer than expected to arrive.

I saw your refund policy, i cannot believe that you do not refund the shipping fee if the items will be returned. Lots of brands do refund though.
