Great Product, Terrible Shipping/Delivery
The fragrances I ordered from Dior are amazing! However, their shipping method left a lot of room for improvement. They have a strict "must have live person to sign" policy on their deliveries. They also only do residential, weekday deliveries. So after the first couple delivery attempts were made while I was at work, I had to spend a vacation day just to accept the package so it would not be returned to sender. Dior should look into other options: allow delivery to a UPS location, deliver to a workplace, allow recipient to sign delivery attempt slip to release the delivery. This issue was not UPS' fault either as I contacted them about delivery options. They let me know the requirement was completely dictated by Dior. If I spend hundreds of dollars on an order, their should be options to meet their customers situations. Most people work during the week, and UPS doesn't deliver at a specific time everyday. So it is impossible to plan to be home the exact moment the item is delivered. The whole delivery issue kind of ruined what should have been a very enjoyable purchase experience.
