Purchasing the product i wanted wasn't the problem. Wife thought the scent was too lite for her so we returned the item back to them....more than 30 days ago. They received the return on 5/18/20 and as of today, 6/23/20, i still have not gotten my refund. I have talked to at least 6 different people either by phone or email and still nothing. I am this close to pursuing the matter via legal action because this is incredibly ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again, which is a shame because I personally enjoy their men scents quite a bit.

Terrible customer service! I still haven’t gotten my refund on my order that I placed twice because of an shipping error

I had A problem with my Oder my perfume stray did not work I tried fixing it it only mad matters worse I called about it was was told send pictures to an email. The email would not up load the pictures I was having a local kid help me with this. Well I called and called the bottle broke I have nothing The neighbor kid left for vacation my room mate threw bottle out.

I have placed the order online about a month ago. Unfortunately the package was never delivered - either mis-delivered or lost. The online contact form about the lost package went unanswered. I have, then, contacted a Dior representative to report the package loss who assured me that she will start an investigation with the UPS and I would receive a notification. A few days passed and no notification. I called Dior again and another representative told me that there was NO note about me claiming the lost package and any contact with the UPS. She promised to start an investigation and this time I received a note from the UPS with questions which I replied to right away. I received an automated notification from the UPS to give them time to investigate and reply. No follow up. A week later I received an email from Dior that the investigation was closed as the UPS made attempts to contact me which is untrue. I received no phone calls from them and no voicemail was left for me to call back regarding the investigation - this I reported back to Dior via email first (that went unanswered yet again) and followed up with the call. The representative called me back to report that UPS had the “wrong number” for me and they restarted the case. A few days in - no update or contact. I called the UPS to find out that the investigation was to complete on June 18 and in would hear from Dior the following day. Well, a few days passed - no package or any update from Dior. The errors with delivery unfortunately happen, however, I have never faced such an unprofessional approach to customers I am left with neither the product or refund nor any follow up. Most disappointing experience.

Absolute worst customer service. Shopping from an expensive designer brand but their customer service is similar to that of a McDonalds. I will not be purchasing from Dior again. You should train your employees to service the customer.

Lazy packaging for the price.

The site would not accept payment from my card for no discernible reasons for days. It took numerous phone calls and emails for Dior to fix the problem. Once ordered, it was five days from UPS receiving the notice of shipment before it actually moved. I still have not received the package, which appears to have originated in the same county that I live in. AWFUL service
