The color didn't match the your online photo. It looked more pink and it's more coral.

The package arrived like a gift, and two days before scheduled.

The product arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Unfortunately, it was not what I had ordered. ☹️

Customer service online needs improve

I had great difficulty resolving a simple issue pertaining to the color of a lipstick. I had to take photos of the product sent to me several times before I was refunded.

I love the product and have ordered it many times, but my issue is the absurdly wasteful packaging! For one thin can of Airflash spray, it had tons of plastic, blown-up filler, a big white gift box filled with crepe paper (this was NOT a gift), and a ridiculously oversize cardboard box. What decade are you living in? Give the environment a break! Respectfully

No update at all after placing the order (even a simple confirm via email after order was placed), so there is no way to know what the status of order is until I have to contact customer service to ask for it. 3 stars for a quick response from customer service though.
