I ordered online and this was my first purchase. I then receive an email of my confirmation and at the bottom it says to expect delays. It did not give warning of this on the site prior to purchase. It also says that your company will send an email when it has been shipped out. Skip ahead TWO weeks, no shipment email. I call customer service, I am put on hold and then hung up on. I call back and they said it is still in “processing” and they will follow up with me at the end of the day. Never got a call. I followed up the next day and receive a message after 2pm that my order was delivered around 1pm. What? And i ordered this with two samples and was sent an email and the item as ordered in gift wrap. Not sure what is going on with the system but as my first purchase from a highly renowned company, I was disappointed.

Dior’s Products are always five stars but it would help to make it clear that there’s a 2 day processing before shipping because I would have never bought overnight shipping

First let me say the Dior Iconic Overcurl mascara & the Diorshow maximizer are great products. My eyelashes are as flat as my hair. I have tried everything and was using Benefits Roller Lash. Dior's mascara did what it said. The product should recieve 5 stars. I only gave 2 stars because I was told it would be shipped in 2 days & waited almost 2 weeks, without a word from Dior. After a week of waiting I had to call them, was told they were having warehouse issues, which I completely understand, but feel I should have been notified beforehand. After almost another week I received my products. The product is great! The shipping...a 2 star.

It took a week for Dior to recognize my order...waited far too long to receive the product.

I was having trouble ordering on line, so i called to order. When i had a question about color the custiomer representive told me holo pink is want she told me. However, she didn't ask me which type i wanted so i got the wrong one which i am returning.

I personally did not find it to be strong at all. Perhaps it's just my body chemistry however. Usually everyone compliments me regarding my choice of cologne. Colleagues at work actually thought I wasn't wearing any cologne. I purchased it after admiring it on someone else. Other than that, everything else was exquisite. The presentation, delivery etc.

I love dior products but my experience today has me very frustrated. I had a product arrive broken. Now, Dior packs absolutely wonderfully and none of the packaging is damaged in any way so its pretty obvious the product was damaged before being packed (its in a product box so the people packing the order probably had no idea, it probably happened on the way from the factory) But instead of immediately taking action to rectify it, they are contacting the shipping company and having them investigate. Its obviously not the shipping company's fault. The outer box and inner boxes are all literally immaculate in condition. So I have to wait for this process which can take up to 10 days and I have to wait by the phone for the shipper to call me so I can even get the process started and I have zero clue when they will call. I also recently placed an order with E.L.F. pretty much some of the cheapest cosmetics on the market- had something arrive broken. They didn't even ask for photos or anything, the immediately got an entirely replacement order processing and shipped in 2 days. My total with dior was over 150$ my total with E.L.F was under 50. But the difference in consideration for my time? Huge.

Made a purchase last weekend, and still haven’t even received and order confirmation, nothing, no email, nada. However the payment in my credit card is being process. Not even h&m takes this long for my order to go through. Truly disappointed..
