Hello, I would like to bring to your attention that I made a purchase from Dior and i was very disappointed. When the box arrived I felt it was not up to standard. It was beat up from the side and the creams I ordered arrived hot and melted. I feel like the creams are not well to put on my face because of how hot they arrived. Now that I have bought this to your attention, I trust you can answer me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I got my delivery one day late and t I got only one sample instead of 2. It was mentioned that I will get 2. I didnt receive any customized note. There was nothing. I was pretty disappointed!

Very difficult to review order I never received. Order was supposed to arrive on 6/24 which is already a stretch considering I ordered on 6/20. Order never arrived, tracking finally updated this afternoon to be delivered on 6/30. The package is apparently lost in mesquite Texas about 2 hours away. You will notice there is no way to contact Dior directly so I am not happy. Dior should overnight new order as this was a gift for my wife. I paid $20 over what I would have paid anywhere else for a Dior product. As far as I am concerned purchase Dior products from anyone but Dior. An incredible waste of time and money.

I did not get the sample I requested. The box was empty with no product inside.

Cologne was a Father’s Day gift. Broke in the mail. I didn’t photograph it and they refused to send me a replacement, even one of a smaller size.

Was not what I was expecting plus two items was missing out of my package

My order is taking way too long

The products I ordered were not shipped in the box I received. I got two free samples and an empty box. So far, no product, no answers.
