Shipment arrived in record time. However the packaging was not as good as before. The perfume box came squeezed into an outer carton that was too small resulting in the ribbon looking crushed and not as fresh and pretty as it should have been.

The lipstick arrived promptly. The packaging was excessive and difficult to open. I broke my nails in the process. I didn't need it to look like a gift, which probably added to the cost.

My first attempt at ordering the item was a fail. During the payment option, I noticed there was a prompt for PayPal. I rarely use it and figured, why not? Nope. Received an automated email the next day saying there was an issue with PayPal asking me to re-order my item. Okay. Then when I did re-order my item, I never received a confirmation email letting me know my order went through. What company doesn't send an email confirmation? That and it took quite a long time to be notified my item shipped. Also, the website leads you to the couture customer line even when you follow the prompts to get to Beauty/Makeup. But the item came perfect and beautiful so 5 stars for the item itself.

I was really disappointed to find that the person I ordered a gift for could not exchange the item for another color. She was required to return the item in the mail, so now I have to buy her another gift. This is so odd to me, especially from a luxury retailer, you would think Dior would provide a gift slip and the option to exchange in-store to prevent an uncomfortable situation for the gift giver and recipient.

I love the color of mascara(orange coral) but hate the brush. Poor brush for application to the lashes, Brought 2, returning 1.

EXCESSIVE PACKAGING! Seriously I got the tiniest thing and the amount of packaging was WAY too much.

Not as I thought colors would be.
