Exceptional: Ordering process, packaging, product. The 4 star review is due to the amount of time it took to receive the product. I would have completely understood if the delay had good reason, but I never received ANY communication about a delay. I just waited and waited and waited for about a week until a received an email that it had shipped. Tell me it's delayed upfront and I won't be so disappointed.

Like the product. BUT don't understand Why a tiny nail polish bottle was shipped in a box large enough to hold 2 shoe boxes. Not very eco-friendly.

Everything was great except for the delay, but I understand this pandemic was a challenge to get normal business running smoothly. I emailed the customer service to inquire on the almost two week delay from getting any other notification, and someone responded within 24 hours, which is good customer service. Other than that, I love Dior foundations and will continue to purchase them!

Took a while for my item to get here, and I didn’t receive a “your order has shipped” email with a tracking number so I freaked out a bit. BUT....I loooooooove my lipstick color and quality!!!
