Website is not user friendly. I've bought 3 cushion makeup items so far, none of them fit each other! Plus, I did not het a Dior gift box? I received a paperbag. I was looking forward to the Dior box.

The colour is beautiful, but I did not notice any lip plumping. I’ve been using for only four days though. But I thought I would notice something.

It could have been neater i do know that it was a gift item and it wasn't worth as much. It was very messy and the bad was wrinkled

I haven’t received my order yet, so I can’t review it.

As always, the products are great but I felt disappointed not seeing the card which includes the message of my husband for me. 😔 They forgot to include it.

I love Dior makeup products and always look forward to their releases. I recently purchased one of the new backstage highlighting quads in the rose gold color that was released. Knowing how fragile the product is, I figured the safest place to order it from would be the Dior website, because they usually package the products so nicely. I had heard from others who received their products before me that they were receiving them broken, so I started to worry. I did receive my package, and as usual, the packaging was beautiful, but when I got to the product package I did see some powder on the outside and was worried. My product did have a cracked upper left quadrant. The product wasn't shattered, but the whole pan was cracked in half and part of it was out of the pan. I was able to push it back into the pan, and hopefully it won't break anymore. The product itself is BEAUTIFUL and I completely recommend, just be careful when ordering on line as it is very fragile and may come broken.

I could not make payment on dior website. I tried different type of cards (master, visa, ae), nothing works. Called customer service, must be a system issue, order couldn't go through. Such disappointment, great company, great products, user friendly website, and when trying to place an order, you get "order cannot be processed" error message. This made me think twice before ordering again. Its very inconvenient. After tech support, I was able to place my order using other payment method. Fast service, items nicely packed.
