Super slow shipping. Even though we’re in a pandemic, the shipping was way slower than other places. I tried to reach out twice to customer service via email and only received automated messages that didn’t really answer my question- just sent a coupon (not a very good one). Received products today and they’re incredible. Although I’m irritated about the shipping time, the products are so good I may order again.

It was great but I’ve having trouble click the bar in the left to see the Menu. It’s not loading. And the hand bag I receive it’s different from the website. I received a white bag with white ink Christine Dior. But the picture was black ink CD logo

Items took a while to ship but with what's transpiring that is understandable. Items came nicely packaged and all in place. I will order online again. They sometimes have secret deals and promos not found in store.

Brown paper wrapping--The product was great, but I knew that before purchasing. In prior purchases, the product was always packaged so nicely and for me that was a part of the Dior experience. It was tossed in a brown, loosely taped box-not even a piece of tissue paper. Too bad I didn't wait for the Mother's Day Specials, as I'm sure you will jazz everything up for that, including extra gifts. Not all women who buy Dior products are mothers and as such, should be treated just as well.
