I love the product I ordered...creme abricot however I never received an order confirmation from Dior. I also never received ship notification. After several days I emailed Dior and I have never gotten a response. I did finally receive the product. I will order it from Nordstrom next time. Best, Karen Lavelle

This review is based on a particular product I recently purchased. The new Felt tip lip liner is not a good quality, and the color is very different from what’s shown, I will be contacting Dior for a return.

The online shopping experience with Dior was not good. I placed a wrong order by mistake on Friday afternoon and afterwards I talked to the customer service to cancel it. I was told I would receive an email confirmation for the cancelation. Some days later I still received the package and the return policy says I should pay for the return shipping charge. I called the customer service again and this time I was told because I cancelled the order after 3pm on Friday, which was too late and the operation team doesn't work then, neither on Saturday, so the package was still sent because the cancelation I made the dame day was not processed. Anyway, this is the first time I have such poor experience. I will use their product, however I am not going to do online purchase on dior website again.

Regrettably I ordered Azure Blue and received Catwalk Blue. For some reason both have the same number and I did specify waterproof however not only did Dior but other stores did not send the correct item. If this color was discontinued then say so and don't substitute. Very disappointing. Have been using this color for years and have always received many compliments. I work at a local university and all the drama and dance students ask where did I get the mascara. I guess I will need to find another source.

I really had faith in Dior until lately in one of my parcels there was a keychain coming in with a huge flaw. There is a hole in it that looks like a damage done by the hot melt glue gun, which makes it really a gift unwanted. I have sent a msg and am waiting for their response.
