my shadows came broken that's the bad thing

Missing item from order. Process of investigating is too hassle for customer. Wonder if they have camera to review in warehouse it could be more useful.

I paid $16 extra for faster shipping and it came the estimated regular time.

I made order recently, and I received incomplete, still missing part of order, no email, no explaining. I made phone calls, still didn’t solve the problem, and it already charged full price! Waiting.... waiting....and waiting???

Good day Unfortunately I couldn't use my credit card and I had to open an account in PayPal to buy the perfumes. Unpleasant experience with the customer service and the online shopping. Thanks Salem

Canceled my order in the day the delivery arrived and no reason!Delivery track shows it’s arrivaled!

The item was melted when it arrived , i wrote to costumer service about it , sent them the receipt and they kept asking for more of the item number as if it was a million dollar adjustment, i dont know what more do you want when i sent the original receipt and the oder number i will never order from dior.com again , that was first and last , horrible costumer service

Package did not get delivered and if it did the package was taken from my door step.
