I got my question answered and although I didn’t get the response I wanted, customer service did only what they could. I was very disappointed but I had to remember the days I worked customer service to calm my nerves and move on.

The online site was extremely slow and I never saw the message that the PayPal transaction went through, but couple hours later I received the order confirmation which was confusing. After that, I tired to reach out to Dior customer service and dropped an email, but get no response. The item wasn’t shipped until like a week later( I assume) since I never received any shipping tracking information. The whole shopping experience wasn’t pleasant. I was in doubt and confusion. However, had to mention that the package is beautiful, packed very well. This is the only reason that I increased one star to 3 stars. Otherwise I would have left with 2 stars.

Why canceled my orders? Why paid unsuccessfully?

Products are good. The problem is that the charge will be completely done immediately when you purchased, but the refund of cancelled order takes forever to return.

Shipping is super slow, almost two weeks I got my package.

Slow service, but very nice product and packaging.

My order was supposed to come with a free sample of the Dior Show mascara. The sample was not in the box.

I might have given a higher star rating if the shipping didn't take soo long as of now I still haven't received my order that was placed on 12/24/19 so almost 2 weeks to get my order.
