You did fine considering the Covid circumstances. Delivery was slower than I had hoped but products arrived and I am happy with them. Would order again directly from you for any Dior products.

Dior charge me and then refunded me for my purchase, causing me to think that my order was cancelled. So, I reordered my products. Without any message/email/notification, my card was charge again for my prior order. This is unacceptable. However, there was no fault with the products.

I would love to get tracking info when my purchase shipped so I could follow it and know when to expect it.

I loved every product that I purchased, but I don’t like the fact that they didn’t give me the option to choose how I wanted my items to be packaged. I didn’t spend X amount of money for my packages to arrive in a plastic bag. Come on Dior you can do better!

Good product but expensive for what you get. Happy with the Pink 001 color but it is difficult to pick the right color for yourself online. It is smooth to put on. Needs reapplied after eating and drinking.
