1. Email notification is too slow. 2. Only received 1 email regarding order. 3. Had to fish around the website to locate order status, not user friendly. 4. Order took 6 days to arrive, waaay too long.

The product is good but the shipping was very slow. I ordered three item the same day from three different vendors and this one arrived last. I sent Dior an email via the contact page on their website and they never responded.

After placing the on line order, I have not received the order confirmation email. When I called in, the cust serv rep not very happy to answer questions in regards to my order. After few days only, the order confirmation was sent to me. I will probably use a department store we site next time to place my Dior orders.

Service from DIOR is always great. I was disappointed this time especially however in the product description & photos. I ordered a lipstick & the color is nothing like what was depicted & is actually much more matte (despite the sparkle) that it appeared so I am not at all happy with the color or the finish of it.

The packaging was what I expected and I loved the quintessential DIOR exquisite boxes My DIOR serum is elegant and I have just started using it End it is wonderfully soothing Thank you

I am a software engineer. So let me rate on their IT system first. Obviously, their system cannot handle high concurrence. I paid money to Dior thru Paypal. Paypal has successfully/quickly give money to Dior. But Dior website told me cannot finish transaction. After 18 hours, Dior sent me an email to notify me that transaction is OK. I believe that Dior audit money from Paypal or credit card system, and then find out the discrepancy, and the corrected the error. Not bad. After rate on Dior's IT system, I have not receive what I bought. So cannot rate on them. Since I did NOT pay delivering fee, so slow deliver speed is reasonable.

I am giving this review because of the enormous amount of packaging to ship a small tube of makeup. It was the most wasteful thing I have seen in a very long time. Will not by from Dior again

The website was not working properly.. they charged me twice.. when I called customer service, they said that they will cancel one of my order .. few days later I got an email stating that unfortunately they can’t cancel one of my order .. already been shipped !!!.. now I have to pay to return my double order because of a glitch in the website . This rating is not for the product.. nothing To say about that.. I love Dior .. website is poorly designed !!!
