I never received my mascara Did it deliver?

My Dior makeup arrive and it had spilled out all over the inside of the box. The screw on cap was defective. Dior wanted to file a claim with UPS but it was NOT their fault. Customer service from Dior didn’t want to listen to me. I finally had to go through PayPal to resolve. Will never order through Dior again.

Received the wrong product and it took me two different managers before I received any help. However I’m still currently waiting for the correct problem even though they were in the wrong and messed up in the first place. Really sad for a company as large as Dior. Truly an unacceptable experience.

I love this brand so much. However, my sample bag that usually comes with the package was not included. I always get super excited for that part because its extra, and thoughtful. Oh well /:

I received an empty box. Very disappointed. And the customer service reacted very slow. Will never buy it again
