The box from outside came in very bad condition. The products inside looks fine.

It arrived in excellent condition, however, instead of getting it on May 1st like I was told, it arrived on May 5th.

I like the old gift box, I hope they can use it back next time.

The only issue is that the box was HUGE for the two small items. What a waste

Dior products never fail. I am always happy with the quality of the merchandise and have never had an issue. My only complaint is that I ordered two Mother's Day gifts for my mom and mother in law and despite what the website said, no gift wrapping was included. Due to the products I ordered, it would've been nicer if they included a box.

I love purchasing directly from Dior. However, this time one item was missing. When I notified Dior, I was informed an investigation would take place and I would receive a response in several weeks. Rather than Dior saying they would replace the item, I have to wait until the investigation has been completed before receiving the results. I've never incurred this type of response from any company so I shall think twice about ordering directly
