I used to love Dior! But you discontinued my favorite Capture Totale creams, and I don’t know what I should do now

I’m a huge fan of Dior cosmetics even when I was in Japan. But the sad thing is that some of the beautiful limited editions cosmetics available in Japan are not available in US. Also, I used the online store but had some issues to receive the products even though the gift package was amazing.

It took more than a week before my order got processed. Need to call several times in order to figure out what’s going on.

Took a week after payment to shipped my order. So long

On line ordering is very complicated and the emails after ordering was very misleading to the point I didn't know if you took my order or no.it so I ordered a second time. I ended up ordering and paying for the same order twice. But the products are amazing.
