I would have given 5 stars but my order did not come with the complimentary gift wrap like it said it would. All the items were just in a box. So I was a little disappointed since I bought this for a birthday gift. But besides that I got the item pretty fast no complaints there. If they send me a complimentary gift box or whatever then I will gladly change to five stars.

The product came to me without damage however I wish there was a more careful packaging process for prestigious cosmetics like Dior rather than just throwing all the products in a big box to roll around in.

Easy to order! I wish shipping to Canada was available.

Everything are so great except the package box. That’s not what I expected.

I like the product but was disappointed when I went to use it the 2nd time it was like a little mushed like a cheap brand would be . I will have to see how this holds up as it was expensive. I like the color and how it makes my lips feel just worried about it holding up.

I ordered Dior perfume about a year ago and was blown away by the beautiful packaging. I was looking forward to receiving my Dior fragrance purchase all wrapped in beautiful package for this order, but Dior let me down. It arrived in a brown cardboard box with ugly bubble wrap. No pretty tissue, no beautifully wrapped items presented elegantly. I love the perfume. I spent about $340 which I could have done through ordering at a department store and gotten points along with some nice gift wrapping.

I loved my purchase although I was a little disappointed for not receiving it in the complementary gift wrapping. I understand we are in unprecedented times but overall, I’m satisfied.

I am very pleased with products. I was just a little disappointed with the communication regarding shipment. I am completely understanding of delays due to COVID-19 but want to be keep in the loop via email.
