Website is not easy to use.

I ordered mascara on Saturday, and paid for to have it shipped to me in two days. I didn’t get the shipment until Thursday the next week. Very unsatisfied. I called Monday and she said it wouldn’t even be processed until Tuesday. Very unacceptable.

Expect better customer service, had a not so pleasant experience when I called.

I requested for special valentines gift wrapping but I received the regular gift box. Also, the samples I received were not I selected.

The website did not provide tracking number.

I love most of the nail colors I have purchased from you especially the apricot base. However, I was really dissappointed in the Diorlisse Abricot I just received. I wanted more of an apricot pink and the color I received was very pink. Not at all what Petal Pink looked like on the computer. Would not have purchased this color as it does not go with my skin tone. For 28.00$ I would expect more.

It took 10 days to get my package since I placed an order.

I ordered the Rouge Dior Ultra Care Liquid Flower oil liquid lipstick - Ultra weightless wear & Petal velvet finish, a little disappointed! Its suppose to be long-lasting, not at all!!! Goes on smooth and silky but it does not stay on for long at all!
