Not getting the specific packaging that advertised on the website even confirmed with their rep beforehand. After contacting with their customer service about the discrepancy, I was simply told they were out of stock and what we receive is based on their availability and is limited quantity (i.e. not based on what you were trying to purchase). Therefore, watch out as you might be getting your order randomly based on what they think you could be getting not what you were ordering.

I had so much trouble with your website. It took a long time to place my order because in check out it would not accept a separate shipping and billing address. I spoke with someone on the first day I tried to order that said there were technical problems and to try later. I waited a couple of days and same problems so I just clicked that they were the same even though they weren’t and placed my order.

Interesting packaging but very wasteful, I do not mind paying for your product, but the bow, box , paper fillings , etc , are throw aways and unnecessary . I loved the first 2 products I purchased, but the last one , a lipstick, was a disappointing, shade was too light ...difficult to chose online...no way to really know before you receive the product, but then it is too late...

I never received a reply to an email I sent to customer service regarding my order.

The Dior computer system would not let me complete the sale. It kept showing the basket with one item. I kept trying to get the sale through. Finally it went through. Next day I discovered that I was charged for five sales. Customer Service told me it would stop all but one purchase. The next day I was told that they could not reverse one of the extra sales. Now I have two deliveries and am told I need to go to the post office and pay myself to have the extra package returned. There was no packing slip or instruction sent with the extra package. I am stuck because Dior had a poor computer system, with no way for me to call the closed Customer Service. I am not happy.

I got my order but it’s missing an item. Reached out to Dior but no response.

Delivered timely but return was a headache. Had to pay 9$ to exchange for a different shade and couldn’t return in store. Need to improve return policies.

Website kept crashing as I was trying to order. Luckily, the customer service I received over the phone made up for the horrible website. Would rather order over the phone next time.
