They requested my order to be sent back for no reason. Then when I called they were very rude. Their attitude does not match their brand and now I see them as a cheap knockoff brand. Very unclassy and rude !

Bad customer service

Ordered product and on the day it was supposed to arrive the shipping website stated it was returned to sender. Reached out to Dior 2 days ago to see what was going on, have yet to hear anything back regarding my product, new shipment, etc.

Recently purchased 2 of the new eyeshadow quints for 124.00. One of the eyeshadows was broken upon arrival. When speaking to customer service about a replacement I was told I would have to wait 7 to 8 business days as they would have to file a claim with UPS. Not sure why I'm in the cross hairs with their shipping choice and have to wait a week before they will ship a replacement, but knowing this I will be hesitant to purchase online from them again.

My products in the package were stolen. Though costumer service is well, it brings me a lot of inconvenience. Maybe you could change your packaging and don't let everyone know it is Dior.
