I have tried the product before and I’m sure I’ll really like it. The 3 stars is because I’m horrified at the overdone packing and terrific amount of waste in shipping. A small item literally came in 2 boxes with plastic wrap AND a ton of paper wrap inside. The free perfume samples were actually wrapped in a cloth bag with ribbon! I can’t in good conscience continue to order this product. I’ll buy it in the store if I can.

I placed an order but did not receive the samples I was promised! I do love the product I ordered, however. I also inquired on facial sheet mask availability on Instagram twice but have not heard back. My friend brought me some when she was traveling and I absolutely loved them but can’t find them here in the USA?

The nail polish and samples were excellent but the entire package was way over packaged. Dior must think more of the environment and reduce the packing material and box size.

The makeup is perfect. However, I am still waiting on a response on the shipping charge. It says on your website that shipping is free with all orders. I have been charged $13.95. I have asked twice, had one email that didn't answer the question. Am waiting on the second request.

While I was glad that I was able to find the product I wanted quickly and easily, the site was *exceptionally* slow and needed to be reloaded more than once. From navigating to my cart to the checkout process, it was slow, clunky, and until the confirmation e-mail showed up in my inbox (15 minutes later) I had no idea whether or not my order had gone through. Thankfully all is well, but in the future I'll do more digging to see if I can find the product I want through another retailer.
