I paid for two days delivery and my package got delivered after 8days. No compensation, no refunds

Love the products. I was promised 3 samples and only received one though.

The US website is hard to navigate without logging out of your account.

Took an extremely long time to process my order and customer service was very unhelpful, but at least they replied in a timely manner and the order came with all its components.

I didn’t get what I wanted. Was told order shipped but tracking was not available. That I would get it by email the following day. Well here we are several days later. No product and no tracking. Not sure where my stuff is

Somehow you shipped not to the main address. I imagine there was something I should have double-checked but still think site should have defaulted to main address or prompted me on shipping address. I have since removed that address from my profile and my friend is shipping my makeup back to me.

Website order was SO confusing. There was no confirmation that order was completed. Delivery was BEAUTIFUL. Love the DIOR gift bag and pouch with the sample. Elegant.
