Website went down when a large quantity of customers are making payments. Shipment sucks, it took more than a week.

I ordered almost $200 worth of product on 2/17. I made three attempts to pay via paypal both via mobile and via laptop. The Dior site said it was experiencing connection problems each time but the payment was processed on the PP side. I never received a confirmation of the order on the Dior site and assumed I would need to work it out in case PP charged me but there was no actual order. Instead, 3 days later I received an email confirmation of the purchase (horay). But, it is now a full 10 days later and while I received this email from them to write a review, I still have yet to receive the product so shipping is super slow and the site has technical problems, hence the 2 stars. The product is always excellent, but who knows when I will receive it. In the days of Amazon competition, for a U.S. online site to be this slow on shipping is a major problem.

Attempted to call customer service but was directed to a general voicemail - not good customer service. A delay of almost one week to get merchandise is it acceptable
